Godstone Village

Frankham Developments have started work on site on their development of 8 apartments on a prime spot just outside Godstone Village. The site was bought with planning consent for 6 units, but using our in-house town planning expertise, we were able to gain consent for an additional two units.

Landscape Road

Frankham Developments, in partnership with RDP, acquired a large single dwelling on the South West side of Landscape Road with the benefit of planning permission for five large two bedroom luxury flats each with far reaching views extending across the valley to the rear.

Frankham Developments worked on the development of four semi detached family houses on Annandale Road in Sidcup. Plans have been submitted to Croydon Council for the redevelopment of a three storey house on Purley Downs Road to create nine luxury apartments.The development, located a short distance from Purley Oaks station will provide a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments with generous landscaped private and communal gardens to the rear.
